Terms and Conditions

By installing the WearItOn Chrome extension, creating an account, or using weariton.shop you agree to these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Service

WearItOn provides colour match hints, size guidance, 2D virtual try-on, optional studio avatar generation, wardrobe and outfit tools, optional coins/wallet features where offered (India), and optional Pro features (higher try-on limits, side views, and/or 3D reconstruction) on clothing product pages and on weariton.shop.

Results are previews only. They are not a guarantee of fit, colour accuracy, fabric drape, size availability, or how a garment will look in person. Retailers remain solely responsible for products, pricing, inventory, shipping, and checkout.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to create an account, upload personal photos, or purchase a pack. You represent that information you provide is accurate and that you will keep credentials confidential.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us promptly at support@weariton.shop if you suspect unauthorised access. We may suspend accounts that abuse quotas, payment systems, or these terms.

4. WearItOn Pro and payments

Paid packs (monthly or yearly, INR or USD as shown for your region) are billed through Razorpay at the prices displayed at checkout. Packs unlock the features described on the site at the time of purchase for the stated period (about 30 days for monthly; about 365 days for yearly, unless otherwise stated).

• Payment processing is performed by Razorpay; card/UPI details are entered on their checkout, not stored by WearItOn as full PANs.
• Orders are verified with Razorpay signatures (and may be confirmed again via server-side order status / webhooks) before Pro is unlocked.
• Prices may change for future purchases; changes do not alter an already-paid active pack period.
• Refunds: Contact support@weariton.shop within 7 days of a first successful charge if a paid Pro feature never unlocked after payment cleared. Chargebacks after you used generation quotas may be contested. Local mandatory consumer rights are not limited where they cannot be waived.
• Taxes: displayed amounts may be inclusive or exclusive of tax as shown at checkout / on the Razorpay receipt.

5. Photos, consent, and licence

You must only upload photos of yourself or of an adult who has expressly authorised you. No photos of anyone under 18. Website photo processing for avatar/try-on requires the consent step at /consent. Details: Photo use.

You grant WearItOn a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to compress, transmit, store (as needed for sync), and process those photos and derived outputs solely to provide the features you request, including through AI subprocessors. We do not claim ownership of your original photo. You warrant you have all rights needed to grant this licence and that your upload does not violate law or others’ rights (privacy, publicity, IP).

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload try-on, avatar, payment, or 3D endpoints;
• Resell generated images as a competing try-on service;
• Automate bulk shop scraping beyond normal personal shopping use;
• Upload sexual, abusive, hateful, or illegal imagery, or deepfakes of others without permission;
• Circumvent plan limits, share one paid login for a business beyond personal use, or replay payment receipts;
• Interfere with security, rate limits, or other users’ access.

We may throttle, suspend, or terminate access for violations without refund where abuse is clear.

7. AI outputs and IP

Generations can mis-draw prints, sleeves, body shape, skin tone, or garments. Outputs are for personal preview. Do not present them as photographic identity proof or as the retailer’s official product imagery without permission. Subject to the licence in section 5 and third-party model terms, you may keep outputs you generate for personal, non-infringing use.

8. Affiliates

Product links may include affiliate tags. We may earn a commission if you purchase. This does not increase your price at the retailer.

9. Third-party services

The service depends on third parties (browsers, Chrome Web Store, shops, Supabase, Razorpay, AI providers, hosting). Outages or policy changes at those providers are outside our full control. Your use of retailer sites is governed by their terms.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION OR THAT PREVIEWS MATCH PHYSICAL PRODUCTS.

11. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WEARITON AND ITS OPERATORS ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, DATA, OR PURCHASE DECISIONS BASED ON A PREVIEW. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE IN ANY 12-MONTH PERIOD IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR WEARITON PRO IN THAT PERIOD OR (B) USD 50 (OR LOCAL EQUIVALENT). NOTHING LIMITS LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW (INCLUDING FRAUD OR DEATH/PERSONAL INJURY CAUSED BY NEGLIGENCE WHERE SUCH LIMITS ARE VOID).

12. Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify WearItOn against claims arising from your content, your misuse of the service, or your violation of these terms or third-party rights, except to the extent caused by our wilful misconduct.

13. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the service and uninstall at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach, risk, or legal reasons. Sections that by nature should survive (payments already due, licences for completed processing, disclaimers, liability limits) survive termination.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence require otherwise. Courts in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction for disputes, subject to those mandatory rights.

15. Changes

We may update these terms. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Material changes may be highlighted on the site. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance where permitted; if you do not agree, discontinue use.
